Brunswick Community College fought through an oppressive zone defense by visiting Lenoir Community College for a 95-84 victory. The Thursday night win put the Dolphins at 9-0, but it certainly wasn’t as easy as some of the ‘Fins’ prior triumphs. Chris Hovermale led BCC scorers with a season-high 17 points, and he was aided offensively by Mik’yel Nero’s 15 points, Cornell Holmes, who pitched in 14 off the bench, and Lamonte Theus, who scored 12. BCC is on the road this weekend for a pair of games against junior varsity opposition, Belmont Abbey and Limestone.

Two were journalists looking for a ghost story. The rest were researchers looking for ghosts, investigators of things paranormal.
All were ready to make contact with the dead. None knew what the night had in store.
